ニックネームを入力してスタート Enter a Nickname to Start

アプリを起動したら、あなたのニックネームを入力します。「お父さん」「花子」など、家族にわかりやすい名前がおすすめです。

When you open the app, enter your nickname. Something like "Dad" or "Hanako" that family members will recognize works great.

Q. iCloudにサインインしていないと使えませんか？ Do I need to be signed in to iCloud?

はい。このアプリはiCloud Driveを使ってメッセージを届けるため、iCloudへのサインインが必須です。設定アプリから確認してください。

Yes. This app uses iCloud Drive to deliver messages, so iCloud sign-in is required. Please check your Settings app.

Q. 何人まで一緒にチャットできますか？ How many people can chat together?

人数の上限はありません。ニックネームを登録すれば何人でも参加できます。グループチャット形式で全員のメッセージが表示されます。

There's no limit on the number of participants. Anyone with the app and a nickname can join. All messages appear in a shared group chat view.

Q. メッセージはどのくらい保存されますか？ How long are messages stored?

端末内に最大200件（設定で変更可能）保存されます。iCloud上のファイルは受信後に削除されます。

Up to 200 messages are stored on your device (adjustable in settings). Files on iCloud are deleted after delivery.

Q. バックグラウンドでも通知は来ますか？ Will I get notifications in the background?

はい。プッシュ通知に対応しています。バックグラウンドでもメッセージを受信してお知らせします。ただし受信タイミングはiOSのバックグラウンド処理に依存します。

Yes. Push notifications are supported. You'll be notified of new messages in the background, though timing depends on iOS background processing.
