AuraVision is an iPhone app designed to train your ability to see auras. By staring at a color circle displayed on screen, you gradually sharpen your sensitivity to complementary colors and afterimages — the visual building blocks of aura perception. Four training levels take you from the seven rainbow colors through the more challenging gold and silver. A few minutes of daily practice is all it takes, and many users begin seeing auras within weeks or months.
Training is organized into four levels: Level 1, 2, 3, and 4. Levels 1 and 3 train you to see the complementary color around a color circle. Levels 2 and 4 train you to see the afterimage once the circle disappears. Complete each level before moving on to build your skills systematically.
Levels 1 and 2 cover the seven rainbow colors — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. Levels 3 and 4 introduce the more demanding gold and silver, requiring a finer degree of color sensitivity to perceive correctly.
The complementary color exercise (Levels 1 and 3) asks you to detect the faint color that appears around the circle as you stare at it. The afterimage exercise (Levels 2 and 4) trains you to see the ghost impression left behind after the circle is hidden. Both methods develop your sensitivity to subtle color differences.
Training is as simple as staring at a circle. A single button lets you hide the shape or reveal the answer. Tap anywhere on the screen to hide the navigation bars and focus entirely on the color circle — tap again to bring them back.
In Level 1 and Level 3 training, a color circle appears at the center of the screen. Stare at it steadily. After a while, a faint color begins to appear around the edge of the circle — this is the complementary color. At first you may see nothing, or see the wrong color. With consistent practice, the complementary color becomes vivid and appears almost instantly. Tap "Show Answer" at any time to display the correct complementary color as a guide.
In Level 2 and Level 4 training, you stare at the color circle for a while, then tap "Hide Shape." The circle disappears and the screen turns white — but a faint circle in a different color lingers where the original was. This is the afterimage. Early on it may vanish in an instant or not appear at all. As training progresses, the afterimage becomes clearer and lasts longer.
During any training session, tapping the screen hides the navigation bar and toolbar, leaving only the color circle against a white background. This removes all distractions so you can concentrate fully on the training. Tap again to restore the interface when you need it.
The app includes five illustrated help sections: Introduction, Precautions, How to Train Levels 1 and 3, How to Train Levels 2 and 4, and a Practical Exercise guide. These walk you through the science behind aura perception, what to expect as a beginner, and how to apply your new skills to see the auras of people, plants, and nature.
Open the Instruction section and read the Introduction, Precautions, and How to Train articles. They explain what auras are, how the training works, and what to expect at each stage.
Begin with Level 1 — Red. Stare at the red circle until you can see the complementary color clearly and immediately. Move through all seven colors, then advance to Level 2. Complete all four levels in order.
Once you've completed all four training levels, try the practical exercises described in the Exercise guide. Hold your palm against a white wall and gaze at your fingers until the aura becomes visible. Then try with plants, then people.
