How to Use
3ステップで習慣化。
Build habits in 3 steps.
1. 作成: Create: 「＋」ボタンで新しいリストを作り、必要なアイテムを登録します。 Tap the "+" button to create a new list and register necessary items.
2. 確認: Check: 出かける前や寝る前にリストを開き、確認したものをタップしてチェックしていきます。 Open the list before leaving or sleeping, and tap items to check them off as you go.
3. リセット: Reset: 全ての確認が終わったら「リセット」ボタンを押します。これで次回の準備は完了です。 Once everything is checked, press the "Reset" button. Now you are ready for the next time.
