1. Introduction

Studio Magic ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application "まちあわせ" (the "App"), and explains our practices regarding information.

2. General Data Collection Policy

Except for the nickname and location information described in Section 3, we do not collect, store, use, or share any personal information or personally identifiable data from users of our App.

For clarity, apart from the nickname and location information used for the App's core proximity feature, we do not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifiers such as your real name, email address, or physical address.
• Contact information such as your phone number or contacts list.
• Usage data, analytics, or crash reports.
• Any other information that could be used to identify you externally.

3. Nickname and Location Data

To provide its core feature of locating nearby people, this App processes a nickname and GPS location data. In compliance with Apple's guidelines, we provide the following details regarding our handling of this data:

• Data Collected: The nickname you enter, and your device's GPS coordinates.
• Purpose of Use: The nickname identifies you to nearby users. Your location is used solely to show your distance and direction relative to a person you have connected with.
• Data Transmission: Location data is transmitted directly between devices using Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework, over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. It is never uploaded to, or stored on, any external server operated by us.
• Manual Check-In: Your location is never shared automatically. Each time a connection with another person is established, the App asks you to explicitly confirm whether you want to share your location for that connection. Location data is only transmitted after this confirmation, and stops immediately when the connection ends.
• Data Storage: Your nickname is stored locally on your device only. Location data is not stored at all; it is used momentarily to calculate distance and direction, then discarded.

4. Blocking Other Users

The App lets you block other users. When you block someone, their nickname is stored locally on your device, and any future connection request from that nickname is automatically declined without notification. You can view and remove blocked nicknames at any time from the App's settings screen.

5. Advertising

This App displays advertisements through Google's Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to support free use of the App. This SDK may use device advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads. On first launch, the App requests App Tracking Transparency permission, which you may grant or deny. An in-app purchase is available to remove ads. 6. Use of Information

As stated above, your nickname and location data are used strictly to provide the App's core proximity feature, and are not used for any other purpose.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to any third parties, except as necessary for the advertising service described in Section 5, and for in-app purchases processed by Apple.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
